Spring Cleaning Yoga for All Winter Warriors

A 4-Week Yoga Series 

After a long winter of hard work—whether you’ve been hitting the trails, the gym, or just navigating the daily hustle—it’s time to refresh and rejuvenate as we step into spring. This four-week yoga journey is designed for everyone, from seasoned athletes to weekend warriors.

Whether you’re recovering from a season of epic cardio or gearing up for the next round of adventures, this 4-week yoga series will help restore your body, mind, and spirit. We’ll delve into poses and practices that not only help clear out the mental and physical stress that winter may have left behind but also work to increase your flexibility, enhance mobility, and promote injury resistance.

Let’s celebrate the arrival of spring, clear out the cobwebs of tension, and bloom into the season with increased vitality, flexibility, and resilience!

- Yoga mat
- Water bottle

- Must have a minimum of 4 participants in order to hold this course. Program max participants is 7.

I’ve been wildly passionate about cross-country skiing for over 40 years, but the past 10 have been a total game-changer, thanks to the amazing Endurance United community. 

While skiing will always have my heart, yoga has snuck in and stolen a pretty special spot, too.  

I first tried yoga 8 years ago as a light addition to my workout routine, but my body quickly started demanding more. There’s something truly magical about it that I just couldn’t ignore.  I’ve experienced firsthand how yoga can enhance athletic performance, prevent injuries, and speed up recovery.  So, I took the plunge and dove into 200 hours of yoga teacher training to learn more.  Now, I’m on a mission to share the transformative power of yoga with other endurance athletes.
