Women’s Mountain Bike fitness rides

Join fun women to get those legs cranking and heart pumping on your mountain bikes. Sessions will have a planned workout, with options for intervals or over distance riding. These sessions are ideal for beginner to intermediate women interested in improving their fitness or working towards an early summer race. Mountain bike skills are discussed briefly but the main focus of these rides is fitness.

Season 1:
April 21st -JUNE 9th (8 weeks)
Mondays: 6:00pm to 7:30pm

April 23rd -JUNE 11th (8 weeks)
Wednesdays: 6:00pm to 7:30pm

Cost: $85

Season 2:
August 20th-October 8th (8 weeks)
Wednesdays: 6:00pm to 7:30pm

Who: This program is for women ages 18+.

We’re in sync with Shifting Gears youth programming.

Locations may include: Carver Lake Park as our location, we ride several other area trail systems. Eastside will frequently ride Carver Lake Park, Lebanon Hills, Sunfish Lake Park, Kinnickinnic State Park, Salem Hills, Battle Creek, Lake Elmo, and Willow River. Northside will ride at several of the east-side locations as well as Rice Creek Chain of Lakes.
