Year-round ADULTS 2024/2025
Weekly training sessions start in May and finish the week before the 2025 Birkie. Year-round training includes both dryland and rollerskiing in the spring/summer/fall and will switch to on snow skiing once the snow flies. Find a session below that best fits your goals and schedule. Come fall (September) and winter (December); the EU training season we will be opening additional sessions.
Skiers must purchase their own ski pass for the winter for training venues utilized.

Notes: Spring/summer training includes running, rollerskiing, technique work, and strength training. Rollerskis are required and can be purchased at Gear West, Finn-Sisu, Pioneer Midwest, or The Rollerski Shop. Helmets are required for all rollerski sessions. Year round training is not a beginner Nordic ski class, participants should have some background in Nordic skiing before joining.

6:30pm – 8:00pm
A west side of the cities option that reaches the needs of all types of skiers. Whether you want to focus on technique, intensity, or both; this group fits those needs!

Wednesday Mornings - Saint Paul
9:00am – 10:30am
This session has been a longtime standard and continues on as such. It covers all aspects of ski training and racing; technique, intensity, and strength.

Thursday - saint Paul
6:00pm – 7:30pm
A more focused session for the skier looking to improve technique, strength, and overall skiing efficiency.
