The Endurance United Junior Team has had success on both the high school level and regional/national level. EU Juniors have included MN state champions Peter Moore in 2019 and Henry Snider in 2020, Paralympian Max Nelson who competed in Beijing 2022, and 6 qualifiers to spring championship trips (Junior Nationals, CXC U16/U18 Trip) in 2024 for the Midwest Region. The EU junior program is for ages 14-19* (*if an athlete is 13 years of age and interested in skiing with juniors, please contact Liz Peterson to see if juniors or EU skiwerx is the more appropriate program).
The EU Junior Team is led by head coach, Liz Peterson. Liz came to EU after completing 2 years as an assistant coach at St. Lawrence University. Coach Liz leads a cohesive Junior Team spread across multiple schools in the metro area built around respect, fun, support, and a strong work ethic. Endurance United Junior Team athletes encourage each other, give 100% effort, and are strong members of their EU Junior team, high school team, and the larger community.
