SPRING 2025 JUNIOR TRAINING!

Spring training is focused on rebuilding our general strength base and having fun in the off season that includes games, adventure workouts, and basic technique work. We build a strong and supportive EU junior team together right away in the spring season. Join us to gain the most from your training and have fun being part of a positive team culture by attending multiple sessions throughout the week. The more consistent you train, the more you will improve!
The EU junior program is for ages 14-19* (*if an athlete is 12 or 13 years of age and interested in skiing with juniors, please contact Liz Schmit to see if juniors or EU Skiwerx is the more appropriate program).

*Note season ends on Wednesday, May 21 before Memorial Day weekend.

Notes:  
The spring program includes running, rollerskiing, and strength training.  Rollerskis and helmets are required for rollerski specific sessions and are not provided by Endurance United.
*May 10 is the EU GoSpring! trail race at Battle Creek. EU practice that morning will be participating in the GoSpring! event/volunteering and is included with spring junior registration.

8:30-10:30am Varying Locations, Rollerskiing

April 26 - Big Rivers Trail: Mendota Heights
May 3 - Elm Creek Swim Pond
May 10 - EU GoSpring Trail Race: Battle Creek
May 17 - City of Afton
