Fall juniorS
For Nordic skiers, fall is the most important season for smart training. Race-specific intensity training combined with volume and technique work help to ensure you are ready to ski to your full potential when the snow falls and race season begins. Whether you're training to qualify for Junior Nationals or training to have your best high school result ever, fall is a crucial time to train hard and train smart. The more consistently you train, the more you will gain!
